The work was performed on a tight timeline to meet project milestones, specifically achieving dry-in conditions early to allow interior construction to proceed.

As with most new construction projects, achieving dry-in quickly was critical to maintaining the general contractor’s construction schedule. This demanded highly efficient coordination between roofing crews and other trades working simultaneously on the jobsite.
