The project featured complex skylight detailing and tapered insulation over a sensitive working bank, requiring a careful approach to safety and installation sequencing. Challenge / Objective

The primary challenge on this project was the presence of 16 large skylights (each 8′ x 8′) located centrally on the roof. These posed a significant safety hazard during demolition and install. Additionally, maintaining watertightness around these penetrations was critical to the success of the project.
