Solution

Independent Roofing deployed multiple crews to address all six buildings in parallel over a 9-month period. Our approach included:

• Installation of tapered insulation systems for proper drainage

• Application of a multi-layer Modified Bitumen system

• OSHA-compliant safety flagging, monitors, and PPE enforcement

• Daily demo and replacement to avoid exposing any sections overnight

• Installation of new gravel guard, gutters, and downspouts

• Shop-fabricated edge flashings using manufacturer-approved drawings and details

• Project completion followed by final inspections and issuance of a 20-year material and labor warranty
