Independent Roofing was selected to install the full roofing system for the new Bridal Path retail location in Madison, MS. This ground-up project required precision installation of a clean, energy-efficient TPO system — with fabricated edge metal to match the building’s architectural details.

This project was a straightforward new construction scope with no special access restrictions or scheduling concerns. The focus was on delivering high-quality workmanship and timely coordination with other trades.

Solution

Independent Roofing installed a fully adhered 060 TPO roof system over flat polyiso insulation. We also shop-fabricated custom edge metal to ensure watertight perimeter protection and seamless architectural finish.

Our team worked in sync with the plumbing and mechanical trades to coordinate rooftop penetrations and maintain system integrity throughout the build.
